The Philodendron 'lime' is an easy-care, vibrant houseplant that thrives in bright, indirect light and well-draining soil. 
Light
  • Give your plant bright, indirect light to keep its leaves bright and colorful.
  • Avoid direct sunlight, which can burn or bleach the leaves.
  • It can tolerate lower light, but growth will slow down. 
    • Water
  • Water deeply when the top half to 50% of the soil feels dry.
  • Make sure your pot has drainage holes so excess water can escape.
  • Never let it sit in soggy water, which causes root rot. 
    • Soil & Humidity
  • Use a loose, well-draining potting mix (adding perlite helps).
  • Average household humidity is fine, but higher humidity (above 50–60%) helps the plant grow larger leaves. 
    • Temperature & Feeding
  • Keep temperatures between 65°F to 80°F (18°C to 26°C) during the day and above 55°F (13°C) at night.
  • Feed every 4 to 6 weeks with a diluted, balanced liquid fertilizer during spring and summer
